Q. How should I bring my file in?

A. We accept any of the following media: • Floppy disks • CD • DVD • Data sticks (jump drive, flash memory, etc. any brand) • Email attachments (under 10 Megabytes) For files 5 Megabytes and up we suggest using our Drop box.

Q. Do you use PC or Mac?

A. Both. We have a G5 Mac dual processor 1.8GHz operating with Mac OS 10.5 Leopard, a Dell Dimension DM061 Intel® Core™ 2 2.13GHz running on Windows XP, and a AMD Athlon XP 1800 (1.8GHz) using Windows 2000.

Q. What fonts do you have?

A. A lot. Come in and look over our fonts and find the ones you want

Q. What programs do you have?

A. Adobe® CS, CS2, CS3, and CS4 Design Premium that includes: InDesign®, Photoshop®, Illustrator®, Dreamweaver®, Acrobat®, Fireworks®, Flash®.

We also support Microsoft Office® including: MSWord® 2007, MSPublisher® 2007, MSPowerPoint® 2007, MSExcel® 2007.

Q. What is the best way to get a file ready?

A. The best method for file prep is to create a printable PDF (Adobe® Acrobat) Color modes should be set to CMYK if your program supports multiple color spaces. Many programs have export to PDF plugins. There are also several free online PDF makers and you can also "print to a file" on your own printer. Please call us if you have any questions or problems.

Q. Can I use Publisher?

A. Yes, however it can cause alot of difficulty, so please be sure to include all graphics as links (full color as CMYK) and embed all fonts. Use the pack and go for commercial printer command. However as cited above PDF works best and publisher files would be best if converted to PDF first then brought in.
